"I’ve been a loyal member with another company since I could drive! I switched this week, it was a breeze, I enjoyed talking to a real person instead of live chats, my payment was cut in half then my current, which ultimately was the reason For the change! "Before you come at me, Diego, this is my maiden name.
I’ve had an awful experience with this office. I canceled my auto insurance policy after realizing I didn’t actually need one since the car isn’t in my name. No need to double pay for insurance policies when I’m already listed as a driver on another policy. The other insurance company told me I’d be getting a refund from State Farm, and Diego agreed. State Farm then came back saying they were going to charge me for an additional six days, which is pretty crazy. I spent hundreds of dollars on insurance I didn’t need for months. Sucks. I’m a single mom who works two jobs. Really wish they would have shown a bit more humanity in their responses and interactions with me.
I found a new renters insurance policy from another company and I’m hoping State Farm will cancel my current policy with them today. I actually asked if Diego was even licensed because he did such a poor job throughout this entire process. (Apparently, he is. Somehow.)
This has everything to do with poor communications, poor management, and inconsistent customer service. I’m sure Jeremy Green does a good enough job, based on these other reviews, but I found way cheaper prices elsewhere anyway. Beware!
Edited to add: my rate went up $50 a month when I moved and nothing was communicated to me. I found out when I went to pay my bill. I work in comms and this is totally unacceptable. Just pick up the phone, buddy."

He explained every thing in detail.
And even though several times I asked the same questions he was so patient and kind.
I totally trusted him by the time we were finished.
